  A digital resource featuring animated stories paired with non-fiction eBooks from Scholastic.

• E-books K-8

  A collection of e-books that supports a quality learning experience for K-8 students across all subject areas taught in elementary and middle schools. A library card is not required to access this resource.

• Explora High School

  A collection of the 24 best databases for high school students which include various subject specific databases such as science and literature, as well as multi subject databases such as Newspaper Source, and Academic Search Elite. Resources include full text articles, including peer-reviewed articles, e-books, videos and more. A library card is not required to access this resource.

• Explora Middle School

  Art, music, biology, geology, you name it, it’s in here. This collection of databases includes Biography Reference Source, History Reference Source, Literary Reference Source, Newspaper Source, Middle Search, and more. All in an easy-to-use visual package that helps students find information on the topics of interest to them, set at a reading level for Middle School students. A library card is not required to access this resource.

• Explora Primary

  A collection designed for the youngest users. This gathers all the best resources, including e-books, encyclopedia, and magazines, laid out in a visual browsable format for those in elementary school. A library card is not required to access this resource.

• KidSpeak

  KidSpeak™ is a fun, age-appropriate online language course for children ages 6 and up. Available through Transparent Language Online, it introduces English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Mandarin Chinese with words and phrases tailored to young learners. More than 40 activities, puzzles, and songs help kids build foundational skills, guided by a cartoon “friend” who speaks the language. KidSpeak™ can be used in a web browser on any computer.

• Learning Express

  A unique collection of tutorials, practice tests, and educational courses. Includes early math concepts for those in elementary school, up to college entrance exam practice tests; includes tutorials, videos, and even flash cards. A library card is not needed to access this resource.

• MAS Complete

  Designed for high school libraries and offers coverage of popular high school magazines and reference books. Over 1,000,000 photos, maps, and flags. Full text magazines include Discover, US News & World Report, Scientific American, and more. A library card is not required to access this resource.

• Middle Search

  Magazines and reference books for middle school students. Includes thousands of biographies and primary source documents. Subjects include history, current events, science, sports, and biographies. A library card is not required to access this resource.

• NoveList K-8

  Find just the right book by subject, age, awards won, books made into movies, and much more. Includes tools for teachers such as Lexile levels and Common Core standards. A library card is not required to access this resource.

• NoveList Plus

  Use Novelist to find your next read! Features lists of award-winning books, book discussion guides, Read-a-Like recommendations, and complete series information on a variety of fiction and nonfiction titles.

• Points of View Reference Source

  Presents multiple sides of over 500 issues. Helps students assess and develop persuasive arguments, better understand controversial issues, and develop analytical thinking skills. A library card is not required to access this resource.

• Primary Search

  For elementary school libraries. Content from children’s magazines, easy-to-read encyclopedia entries, and images. Students can learn about animals, musicians, fitness, space exploration, and much more. A library card is not required to access this resource.
