The Lake Bluff Public Library offers a wide array of services to meet the diverse needs of our community. Whether you’re looking to access technology, participate in educational programs, or explore community resources, we’re here to assist you. Our offerings include:
Ask a Question
Get help finding information, research assistance, or reading recommendations from our staff.
Computers and Printing
The Library provides public computers with internet access, as well as printing, scanning, and faxing services. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Little Pantry
Take what you need or give what you can at the Library’s community at the Library’s community pantry, located in the vestibule by the elevator.
Meeting Room
Lake Bluff residents are welcome reserve the Spruth meeting room for group meetings and events that are free and open to the public.
Museum Passes
Borrow passes for free or discounted admission to area museums and cultural attractions through Museum Adventure Pass and Explore More Illinois.
Notary Services
The Library provides free Notary Public services. Valid identification is required.
Seed Library
When available, community members can pick up a selection of easy-to-grow vegetables and Lake Bluff native perennials for home gardening.
Test Proctoring
Test Proctoring is offered by appointment to Lake Bluff residents and all students (regardless of residency) at the Library. This service supports students, professionals, and community members.
Voter Registration
Register to vote at the Library. This service is available to Illinois residents age 18 and older. View requirements and what to bring.
